There&#039;s no doubt that the sheer volume and pace of conversation across the social web is daunting and overwhelming at times. There&#039;s an immense amount of information, and even when you cull down to the relevant stream, there&#039;s plenty of work to be done.

Our platform is designed to make that easier and more efficient, but participating in social media is most definitely an effort.
